An opportunity has become available for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our office in London. Successful candidate will provide one to one Administrative Assistant support to the newly appointed Head of EMEA FICC Trading within the Bank's Global Market's division.
In this role we seek someone who would be a true ambassador of the Head's office therefore candidates need to be highly personable and appreciate the open office approach. Due to the nature of this role successful candidate will also need to be highly organised and proactive as there will be a number of regulatory documents involved while supporting the Head.
- Extensive and complex diary management
- Record keeping / documentation of all meetings
- Preparing reports and presentations (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Preparing agendas and materials for meeting, follow up on action points
- Organising meetings and scheduling conference calls, across a variety of time zones
- Handling expenses (Concur) and invoices
- Global travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries
- Previous EA/PA experience within a fast-paced environment in Financial Services
- Effective time management skills
- Highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent MS office skills
- Proactive and calm under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
