The Role
This business development manager role; you will be responsible for working as a business development manager contributing to the finance industry, selling the range of corporate pensions the company have to offer. As a business development manager you will also be responsible for taking charge of the entire sales cycle from appointing meetings with current clients to securing deals. Building knowledge on the financial industry as well as the company is also crucial when displaying the range of financial services the company has to offer to current clients.

The Candidate
The ideal business development manager needs to have an interest in working with the company's current accounts and to have the drive/motivation in completing the sales cycle with regards to upselling and maintaining client relationships. They need someone who is an account manager/sales professional who is able to deliver in accordance to their previous experience in selling corporate pensions.

The Package
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is a base salary of £80,000, with an OTE of £100,000 plus benefits. Lucrative if the effort is put in!
