My client, a Global Asset Management Bank, are seeking a Banking Administrator with knowledge of KYC requirements to work an initial 6 month contract. This position will be based at their Liverpool offices.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the administrative side of opening 3rd party accounts (sub-custodians and banks)
  • Completing 3rd party account opening forms
  • Collating KYC documentation as required by the 3rd party
  • Liaising with the 3rd party in respect of their requirements
  • Arranging appropriate approval and signature of the 3rd party documentation
  • Appropriate skills and expertise as required for the role
  • To maintain technical and functional knowledge as required for the role
  • To maintain an understanding of the industry from a regulatory and operational perspective
  • To maintain a working knowledge of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), and the Central Bank of Ireland ("CBI") and the Jersey Financial Services Commission ("JFSC") rules and regulations, as well as up to date knowledge of market practices and Exchange rules

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Global KYC Requirements
  • Familiarity with legal entity incorporation documentation
  • Highly organised, able to coordinate and prioritise
  • Administrative experience
  • Experience with dealing with 3rd party banks and custodians an advantage
