A leading bank wish to recruit within operations to provide a card issuing/processing service and all round customer services.
Customer service administration- managing a range of card accounts and dealing with card related issues.
Maintain and update customer records, card issuance- prepare, issue and dispatch cards
Visa system operations- End of day/month processes, daily file submissions
Monitoring risk management system for fraud
Settlements & clearing- reconciling files & producing reports
Online Banking & Mobile- enrolling customers, dealing with queries, presenting to customers.
Closures- Closing customer records and accounts
Account Switching- switching customers accounts in and out of the bank
Banking experience - exposure to credit cards, chargebacks, fraud.
Customer Services - strong telephone manner for incoming/outgoing calls
Strong MS office experience
