Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Support the effective implementation of the current business strategy & delivery of the change portfolio
  • Fulfil the role of Business Analyst across the full project life cycle
  • Ensure requirements are facilitated, analysed and effectively translated and defined.
  • Work alongside business and IT stakeholders to ensure effective requirements facilitation and definition.
  • Assist the business with both business change/process improvement as well as IT systems initiatives.
  • In particular, provide business analysis on regulatory and compliance projects.
  • Support solution design
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Assist the project manager where necessary

Required Experience & Skill-set:

  • A track record of successful business analysis within banking - Private Banking/Wealth Management experience highly beneficial
  • Strong and proven business analysis capabilities - requirements facilitation, analysis, documentation etc.
  • Experience of working on both business change & IT initiatives is essential
  • Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies highly beneficial
  • Prior experience of working on multiple projects concurrently is preferred
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Prior experience of either supporting a project manager or assuming their role when needed is highly beneficial
