Business Development Manager - Financial Services
Having partnered with a fast-growing, UK-based Financial Services business, Chris Hayes Associates have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a unique organisation and lead their expansion into the Birmingham area.
With experience of developing business and relationships across all market sectors selling professional services, the ideal candidate will be an exceptional sales person, with a proven track-record of sales achievement. Being self-motivated is key and having impeccable communication skills is a must.
You will be building credibility and promoting the organisations full suite of professional services across SMEs, Lawyers and Accountants, ideally to your established network in the region. You will be able to identify the need and pitch the solution, utilising fantastic presentation skills to ensure the solutions are every client's number one choice.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 year's Business development sales experience, specifically gained within a client facing, customer centric capacity, with emphasis on delivering professional and financial services. The successful individual will have an understanding of business planning and strategy as well as a working knowledge of business accounts, being able to analyse and interpret financial information.
Degree educated with first-class communication skills and the ability to liaise with all levels, the ideal person will be commercially aware and able to deliver sales solutions in-line with strategic objectives and ideally come to the role with a good network of sector contacts.
Birmingham based, c£35k with £50-£60k OTE.
