City based Investment House is strengthening its Client Admin Team with the addition of a Client Services Administrator. The successful candidate will be required to provide investment administrative support and a seamless service to clients.
Duties to include
·Responding to client queries
·Setting up and maintaining clients files
·Checking valuation records
·Assisting with putting together client proposals
·Taking transaction instructions from clients
·Liaising with operations
Initiative and excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential to carrying out this role in what can be a pressurised environment. Applicants must demonstrate a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills and sound IT capabilities (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), previous investment administration experience is essential.
