An opportunity has arisen for a Company Secretary to work with an expanding international banking group in the West End of London, the role also includes duties as a Business Administration Manager with one direct report. You will be responsible for providing high quality advice and company secretarial services to the board in addition to carrying out regulatory / compliance project work. Knowledge of UK corporate governance laws and previous banking experience is essential to this role. Duties to include:

" Ensuring that the highest standards of governance are achieved
" Driving change in governance processes
" Ensuring that committee meetings are productive and effective - preparing agendas, collating reports and distribute papers to the Board
" Preparing documentation for the PRA / FCA
" Liaising with external auditors during audits in respect of Company Secretarial matters
" Maintaining and supporting the proper operation of the group companies
" Assisting the Group Management & Risk Committees as required on special projects.
