About the area you'll be working in

From Finance and IT, to Marketing and People (HR) our support functions are the backbone of our UK operations. We may not deal directly with our customers, but we play an absolutely vital role in making sure that our customer-facing teams get all the support they need to deliver the very best service.

What you'll be doing

As a Cash Management Analyst you will ensure all Corporate, Company and Personal subscription cheques and receipts are processed correctly. You will be dealing with queries relating to subscriptions received and participating in ensuring control over claims payments. In addition to this you will assist the business in dealing with any financial queries relating to Claims.

What's a typical day?

You will need to combine a strict attention to detail with the ability to apply a logical approach to your work. The role is to allocate all BACS and cheque subscriptions and process payment failures on a daily basis. In addition to this you will provide assistance with customer's subscription queries. You will also ensure the timely and accurate payment of all member and provider cheques and re-issue all stale dated cheques. Recovering claims overpayments from both members and providers would form part of the role as well.

Who we're looking for?

  • Educated to degree level
  • Experienced in a finance environment
  • Experienced user of Excel and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving, numerical and analytical skills with the ability to produce and present complex of the need technical data in an understandable format for management use
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A clear understanding for sound financial control and an appreciation of the financial impacts of decisions
