This opportunity will see you working closely with the Corporate Client Services Manager, providing an efficient service to corporate clients from enquiries about the service to ensuring payments arrive on time. This role is inclusive of inbound & outbound call, online admin tasks, compliant handling and all of customer enquiries relating to different departments.
- Providing excellent & professional customer service to all client
- Handling incoming calls & emails
- Deal with client issues/complaints efficiently
- Processing incoming payment files
- Liaising with banks on payment queries
You will need to be articulate, confident and can display a clear level of intelligence to deal with C-Level executives. We are looking for a result driven individual who is highly motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills and possesses the aptitude to work under their own initiative to strict deadlines and targets. Your communication skills both written and verbal will need to be of the highest calibre. An additional language is an adv.(Not essential).
- 12 months client services/middle office experience in a Bank, FX Broker or Financial Institution
- Knowledge of banking/payments systems (BACS, SWIFT, Sepa)
- Excellent listening, numerical & multi-tasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
