£175 - £225 per day DOE
A global leader in providing financial data and analysis with customers spanning almost every industry, our client develops large scale technology platforms and enterprise software.
They are seeking a Client Services Analyst to assist with the implementation of specific functionalities on their onboarding financial services platform. A surge in new clients means they need a contractor on a 4-month basis to assist.
The client is offering training and the opportunity to gain expertise of the onboarding process between large investment management companies and broker dealers.
- Hold client calls
- Project management to ensure smooth implementation
- Reconcile account data
- Set up of different environments
The successful Client Services Analyst will have:
- Excellent client service skills
- Solid Excel skills, the ability to perform a VLookup and an If statement very beneficial
- A fantastic attitude
- A willingness to learn
