A growing asset management firm based in London are looking for a Client Services Office to join their busy team. The role would suit someone who has worked within a client services role previously within the financial services industry.
This role will be joining the client services team and to undertake administration of investors and advisers. You will work within a team of 4.
The role will be office based and will require the candidate to be organised and a confident communicator. The successful candidate will have experience in administration and customer service within the financial services industry.
The day to day activities will comprise all or some of the following:
Working in a team of three to achieve excellent customer service
Managing ongoing project work
Processing client applications
Fund administration tasks including calculation of investor distributions and adviser payments
Computer based administration tasks, involving Excel & Word
Use of Libris - our internal computer software (full training will be given)
Liaising with our external stakeholders
Liaising with other internal departments to ensure deadlines are met
Some dealing with incoming and outgoing post
Solid organisational and time management skills
An excellent standard of written and spoken business English
Ability to multi-task
A clear understanding of customer focus and strong communication skills
A pro-active, participate and flexible approach to problem solving
Excellent IT literacy and MS skills
Good attention to detail; good at prioritising tasks and delivering to required deadlines
A keenness to look for innovation and improvement across the company's systems
The individual will be expected to have a working knowledge of the financial services industry. They will be expected to respect the Company's rules and regulations particularly as they affect clients and the general regulatory environment in which the Company operates. In-house training will be given.
