LMA Recruitment's client is a financial services company looking for a strong candidate for a 12 month FTC as a Client Services Operations Analyst.

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing a helpful, accessible service for customers
  • Ensuring the Crest and EMX Message systems and company diary are monitored
  • Providing high quality first line support for all complex enquiries from Clients
  • Ensuring that all customer calls are accurately logged in the call management system and call reference numbers are issued

Requirements for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Knowledge of the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of the securities industry and market operations
  • Knowledge of CREST
