Our Client, a leader in the Financial Services industy is now seeking a Client Services Processor to join their team due to their continued success.

As a member of the Client Services Team you will be responsible for;
Reporting to the Client Services Team as per determined SLAs and resolving any issues that arise Processing investments and general fund and account administration, which includes capturing applications, processing withdrawals, following deceased procedure, processing ISA transfer ins and transfer outs from start to finish, change of details and general account administration. Complying with all existing company systems, procedures and working practices and policies Providing administrative support as required.
The above duties and responsibilities give a broad outline of the role. However, by necessity, these duties must be approached in a flexible manner and the successful candidate will be expected to adapt to changing circumstances and therefore the outline of duties may change from time to time.
You will need an Exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to demonstrate initiative and work under pressure, good time manager, delivering against requirements of SLA's, highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly, excellent customer care skills with an approachable and helpful disposition with the ability to work in a team and independently where required.
Previous experience working in a client service/data administration role Knowledge and interest of Financial Services is strongly desirable. You will need to be Professional, with a positive attitude with a Commitment to ongoing professional development.
