A highly respected wealth management practice with links to a prestigious private banking group have an opportunity for a Client Support Assistant who will provide administrative support for a senior wealth planner.

Client Support Assistant - The role
Providing administrative support for a high performing adviser and assist an existing Paraplanner with administration.
Day to day administration and servicing of existing policies
Processing new business
Preparing client correspondence
Adding & scanning client details to the back office system
Liaising with providers & intermediaries
Obtaining illustrations from providers
Being aware of FCA regulatory framework and compliance procedures
Maintaining accurate back office systems and client records
Client Support Assistant - Candidate requirements
It is essential to have a background in Financial Services gained in a similar support focused role
Knowledge of financial planning/ wealth planning
Applicants preferred with progression towards industry qualifications
It is essential to be well organised and have ability to prioritise workloads
A good attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are important
Client Support Assistant - Salary and benefits
Salary of £23,000 - 28,000
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
