A leading global investment banking, securities and investment management firm that provides a wide range of financial services to a substantial and diversified client base that includes corporations, financial institutions, governments and individuals.

  • Lead Talent Advisor for the Consumer Banking, Global Compliance and Internal Audit divisions in EMEA​- Partnering with senior management, advising on all aspects of people related matters​- Responsible for driving all HCM related services, including talent management, compensation, promotions, performance reviews and learning & engagement
  • Supporting the divisions' diversity strategies for the region through a whole range of initiatives designed to develop a pipeline of diverse leaders
  • Partnering with functional HCM teams such as Global Mobility, Recruiting and Compensation to help deliver a full HCM service- Working with the Reporting and Analytics team to deliver meaningful metrics, e.g. headcount, diversity, attrition
  • Strong academic record with Bachelor's level, equivalent or above required​- Significant HCM experience, including as a Business Partner/Talent Advisor gained from working within Investment Banking industry required​
  • Additional programme design/implementation and facilitation experience, gained within Learning and Engagement and/or Diversity and Inclusion specialism required​
  • Experience of working in a consulting/advisory capacity with strong project management skills required ​
  • Data analysis, general reporting and presentation experience required with good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint​
  • Familiarity with headcount planning/reporting, year-end compensation and promotion cycles required​- Experience working with business stakeholders with the ability to develop and manage relationships and influence their people strategy​
  • Able to influence, coach and drive impact through effective working relationships​
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
