Leading ABL provider are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Relationship Manager Manchester

Purpose of the role:
* To ensure the security and profitability of the client through efficient and effective management of a portfolio of clients. Through personal risk expertise, identify and maintain appropriate exit strategies for each client
* To establish and maintain excellent standards of client service
* To assist with the management and development of the Relationship Executives
* Develop external networks in the area to raise the profile of BID Corporate within the local business community
* To demonstrate leadership and adaptability as we develop our IT capability, enjoy enhanced market presence, growth in client numbers and complete more complex transactions.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Manages portfolio of clients undertaking visits and completing internal reports and Risk Frameworks in line with the BID KPCs
* Monitors client's financial performance identifying opportunities and risk.
* Assists with development of the Relationship Executives providing regular feedback to the RE's and being involved with 121s
* Develops and maintains own network of business connections in the area. Upholding the reputation of the business and demonstrating the key behaviours
* Through proactive analysis and understanding of the client business maintains client commitment
* Demonstrate commercial awareness identifying income opportunities for Corporate and driving income via the Additional Services Tariff and new business for the Group
* Through liaison with Relationship Executives ensure excellent standards of client service are implemented and maintained
* Any other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training
Requirements of the role:
* Experience - Managing a portfolio of ABL clients, client service experience, managing and developing a team. Extensive experience of Asset Based Lending industry and ability to manage ABL products
* Skills - Attention to detail, time management, account management, relationship builder, good financial understanding
* Qualifications - N/A
* Full driving license
Desirable for the role:
* Experience - Knowledge of insolvency procedures, ABL product i.e. stock/property/asset funding
* Skills - Presentation skills
* Qualifications - ABFA, Management, Client service, Accountancy
