A unique opportunity has arisen with an prestigious commodities house within the City. They are looking for a Credit Analyst to join their credit risk team.
The team experience a high volume of transactions and clients, and they are looking to bolster the team ready for 2019.
Some of the responsibilities within the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Assess the credit risks and financial strength of new and existing counterparties.
- Negotiate and administer the exchange of corporate/bank guarantees, netting agreements, Standby Letters of Credit and other credit support documentation used to mitigate counterparty risk.
- Be involved in the credit risk mitigation aspects of account documentation including terms of business/trading and client agreements.
The successful candidate must be from a commodities trading house background, and must have recent experience of credit analysis.
The starting salary for this position will range £55,000 to £65,000 dependent upon experience, plus bonus, and benefits. These include a great work life balance and a family feel culture.
