A household name in the unsecured lending space is seeking a Lead Analyst for a varied customer credit strategy role responsible for response to Credit Card Market Study (CCMS) and payment rate, customer affordability, cross sell and segmentation strategies. Excellent stakeholder skills and Credit Risk knowledge and Analytics skills are required as the role involves spearheading the these strategic initiatives for existing customers and liaising with senior management and internal teams.

  • Perform and oversee analysis of an innovative retail portfolio
  • Drive insights and design, develop and implement strategies for Customer Management / Portfolio Strategies
  • Ownership over payment rates, customer affordability, cross sell and segmentation strategies
  • Responsible for key customer strategies as part of the long term Credit Card Market Study (CCMS) strategy and oversee end to end delivery
  • Play a key role in portfolio strategy and direction relating to new and existing products, policies and other strategic decisions


  • Achieved a minimum 2:1 in a mathematical degree
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills required
  • Proven Analytical skills within a Credit Risk environment
  • Experience in a Strategic role for a consumer banking portfolio
  • Experience using SAS or SQL on a daily basis
