It's an agile environment with remote working and flexible hours so you can strike the work-life balance you want! Some of the team work 2-3 days from home, but headcount is generally very high as the team enjoy the bright, fast paced, informal and entrepreneurial environment on offer.


  • Manipulate data (using SQL) to provide analysis and insights on commercial opportunities to maximise growth and minimise losses
  • Take end-to-end ownership over strategic Credit Risk deliveries and various tasks from an individual and team lead perspective
  • Work with large data sets from multiple sources using SQL and open source technologies
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and act as the conduit between the UK team and international satellites; including championing strategic initiatives, gaining buy-in and sing-off from appropriate parties
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to a team of two analysts (technical and behavioural)


  • Educated to degree level (minimum) in a STEM subject
  • Daily use of SQL in previous role(s) - you'll be very comfortable with data extraction and manipulation
  • Experience developing Credit Risk across multiple areas of the life-cycle or (wider business strategies)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholder decisions
  • Track record of thriving in a team setting
