A fast paced, innovative lender is seeking a Credit Risk Manager to manage the development and optimisation of Credit Risk Acquisition Strategies. The role offers full ownership over and management of new business strategies. This is a fast paced role that will allow you to learn, grow and have an impact in a dynamic environment where you will be managing analysts in 6-12 months. A small sized, very bright team means these commercial aspects will be combined with the more hands on, number crunching and analytical aspects.

  • Manager a small team of Credit Risk Analyts performing analysis, driving insights and developing strategies
  • Own analytics behind data driven Acquisition strategies
  • Analyse current strategies and work proactively to optimise strategies and portfolio performance
  • Work with stakeholders to improve model use and strategies
  • Work closely with marketing and insights, operational and technology teams
  • Be a leader within the business


  • Experience designing, developing and implementing strategies in a Credit Risk environment
  • Experience maintaining, monitoring and optimising a Acquisition strategies
  • Involvement with the building and monitoring of scorecards and Credit Risk models preferred
  • Strong SAS or SQL skills are highly desirable; programming experience in R or Python may compensate for lack of SAS and SQL
  • Highly numerate degree required
