Our client a Financial Services company in London are looking to recruit a Data Governance Analyst to assist them on a 12 month contract.

Reporting into the group Privacy manager you will be required to assist with the implementation of the data quality across the business. You will be required to be operational handling processes as defined in the companies policies and procedures.

You will work with the companies Data Governance Policy with each business unit, working with senior stakeholders in the group.

Delivering a Data Governance framework and ensuring all risks are mitigated, ensuring that documentation is kept up to date for business requirements.

You will understand the data from all areas of the business, how it is used and be responsible for all the data.

You will handle all key data issues that arise and are identified and work with regional offices and senior management to ensure solutions are in place.

You will also be responsible for Data Quality Management, Data Lineage, Master Data Management, Conduct risk and impact assessments and deliver timely appropriate data quality working with the Data Steering Group.

You will require to have extensive knowledge of data quality and data processes. Deliver data quality management information reporting to the Data Governance Manager, Data Steering group and risk committees. You will have experience handling applications of data modelling, database design and data flow.
