Job description :

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the firm's Business Development for our Equity Derivatives / Delta One Platform. An ideal candidate would already have solid relationships with Top Tier Banks Business Managers in the Equity Derivatives market segment and have proven strong Business Development capabilities in this field. Past experience as a Sell Side Sales or as a Senior Broker in the Equity Derivatives segment is "mandatory".

Experience promoting an e-solution (platform) in the equity derivatives segment is a plus.

Job requirements :

We are looking for a professional with 10 years experience in Sales in the Equity Derivatives market with an emphasis on the Sell Side to promote our Equity Derivatives Platform offering to banks.

Successful Candidate needs :

  • Past experience as a Senior Sales at a Top Tier Bank or as a Senior IDB Broker is "mandatory"
  • Track record of building strong networks and relationships with Tier 1 & Tier 2 Banks Equity Derivatives' Business Managers

  • Thorough knowledge of the Equity Derivatives products, their structures, behaviours and associated life cycle events

  • Ability to comfortably and confidently deliver presentations to external audiences

  • Experience in managing projects focused on business development / sales in the Equity Derivatives market segment

  • Excellent management and communication skills for the benefit of developing relationships with both external clients and internal stakeholders

  • Experience in promoting an equity derivatives platform to Sell Side would be a plus

  • Sense of entrepreneurship and business acumen

  • Additional languages would be an advantage (German, French, Italian, Spanish,...)
