We are searching for an experienced FX options dealer to join the new deliverable FX options desk within a new banking financial services venture.

Heavily backed by one of the largest privately-owned pan Asian companies, the venture will roll out a mixture of corporate and private banking services across Europe, The Americas & Asia. With ambitious growth plans over the next 2 years, this role will be pivotal in the success and shaping of the company in the immediate future. Transforming the norms and challenging tradition the treasury desk aims to provide a full-service FX suite of products to corporate clients in a unique and tailored approach that has been lost in today's environment.

The Role

To take over ownership of building the options desk including oversight of infrastructure, compliance, CASS, internal controls, staff training and lines

Work with the CF10a to ensure all checks are in place and legal.

Report into the Head of Corporate and meet deadlines as agreed and laid out with PM's

Once established lead the sales and dealing efforts of the options desk to ensure that the products are adequately sold within the correct frameworks and controls.

Assist in training the FoH staff and bring all relevant personnel up to Level 4 RDR

To engage with and onboard corporates across Europe who require FX execution as a part of their treasury services.

Bring across substantial trading relationships from an extensive network gained over years in the industry.

Assist in providing clients the best possible service, keeping them abreast of market movements, industry trends and strategy.

Develop and progress your own team to increase regional coverage.

Keep up to date with compliance issues as per our regulation and undertake training provided to you where applicable.

Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Work with other teams internally and where applicable help to promote cross product collaboration.

The correct individual will graduate to Head of options upon completion of a successful first period.

The ideal candidate could be currently managing the department or a senior person within who feels they are ready to jump up to the next level.

A strong network of clients who are professionally categorised.
