**FinTech Relationship Manager, London, to £30,000 + £5,000 additional OTE Year 1 but progressing quickly to overall earnings in Year 2 of £50,000 to £60,000 **Are you motivated, want to learn, earn and develop quickly? **Are you positive, possess drive, ambition as well as excellent communication skills? **This is an opportunity to work for a growing Fin Tech that focuses on new ways for SME's to access funding **Our client is looking for someone who has face to face or telephone based customer service/sales experience to become a part of a growing team under dynamic leadership.
The Company: Our client is a high profile, Fin Tech business currently numbering 30 people and looking to initially expand over the next quarter to around 35-40 staff, based near Liverpool St, operating in an expanding sector. They have a hugely talented team that are helping to deliver their mission to provide the most user-friendly and transparent access for UK small business to SME Finance and have this year more than doubled their average monthly income.
The Role: This team currently numbers 4 people but there are plans to get this team into double figures quite quickly. They are the "face of our client's business" dealing specifically with large or complicated funding requests, ongoing sales and customer service support to drive customer conversion rates and assisting with lender relationship management. You will deal with both incoming calls/contacts and also call customers who have been referred by the major banks, so there are absolutely NO COLD CALLS involved. You will take these clients through a simple online application over the phone and then, as Lenders become interested in the customers business/request, you will manage their relationship with the Lender. There are three main areas to this job spec:
- Support development and packaging of large or complicated funding requests, tailoring them to the needs of finance providers: Work closely with customers to assess their funding needs and speed up the sales process by understanding Finance Partners requirements, ensuring customer introductions are delivered to their specifications, and as quickly as possible.
- Operational effectiveness and customer service excellence: You must be able to understand and break down the key activities of a 'sales cycle' and can align work flow to drive maximum conversion. You should also be able to maximize sales effectiveness through pro-active use of CRM tools and positive engagement with customers.
- Lender relationship management: Maintain working relationships with Finance Partners to ensure customers in the pipeline are progressing and also work with the Head of Product to ensure the lender on-boarding is appropriately completed.
Skills / Experience Required: Our client is looking for a sales/call centre/customer service/relationship management/banking background. They are looking for someone keen to learn and progress into a Business Funding Specialist role, someone with drive, enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and positive 'can do' attitude who will enjoy and thrive in a sales/relationship management based role.
Additional Information: The salary for this role is up to £30,000 with bonus likely to add around £5,000 in Year 1 + 25 days holiday and a pension scheme available. In Year 2, earnings are likely in the range of £50,000 - £60,000.
