Finance System Implementation Manager - 6 Month FTC

OA Executive is excited to be working closely in partnership with a growing boutique property investment and development business based centrally in London close to Mayfair. Having recently continued to experience growth within the business they are in the process of looking to enhance the systems and processes they have in place in their finance department and as a result are looking to recruit a Finance System Implementation Manager to join their team.

With an existing team of 4 in their Finance department, they are looking for a system expert with proven experience of using Yardi and implementing new systems for previous employers. This role will initially be a 6 month contract, during which you will be tasked with transitioning the business from QuickBooks to Yardi.

It will be your responsibility to move all of the business' financial information onto the new system, to produce reports, to audit the new and old system ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations and to ensure the process runs smoothly from start to finish. The new system has already been built and planned so now seeks a driven individual who can lead the project, but also take a hands-on approach to complete the task in hand.

The ideal candidate for this role will be available on short notice and will be able to demonstrate proven experience of implementing new financial software systems in previous roles. You will be technically minded, have strong experience of working with the Yardi finance system and will be comfortable in creating new business processes. Finally, you will be dedicated, committed and professional.
