A leading consultancy firm with a universal presence and wide recognition of being one of the country's top employers is looking for a Financial Crime Assistant Manager/Manager within its award winning financial services team in London. Operating within one of the largest financial crime teams in Europe, you will be given the opportunity to manage numerous clients and Financial Crime projects.
Your new role
As an Assistant Manager/Manager, you will be working on a wide range of Financial Crime projects across the AML, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring and Anti-Bribery and Corruption workstreams. Further responsibilities include:
- Delivering an extensive range of projects within these areas. Each project is bespoke and often will incorporate assessment, client engagement and the delivering of solutions.
- Furthering client relationships across the industry.
- Continually strive for new business utilising your technical knowledge and experience.
What you'll need to succeed
Expertise in AML, Sanctions and Transaction Monitoring is essential. Previous experience within a consultancy firm is advantageous. Confidence in your ability to win and develop business is key. You will also need to have had previous experience relating to Target Operating Model design and implementation.
What you'll get in return
A salary paying up to £65,000 per annum as a Financial Crime Manager, and up to £45,000 as an Assistant Manager. You will also be entitled to a wide range of flexible benefits to suit your lifestyle.
