THE ROLE

Joining the Policy and Advisory function, your role as a Manager will include:

  • Dealing with escalations across the business including store network, commercial banking, AML operations and more
  • Provide advice to the business on due diligence processes, looking at alternative forms
  • Conducting process for PEPs escalations
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process
  • Work independently to assess the risk on each case and ensure processes and decisions are comfortable to the business

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Significant advisory experience from a retail, commercial, and private banking environments
  • Prior roles in an escalation position for CDD, EDD, and PEPs
  • Experience dealing with complex business structures and cases, and high net worth individuals
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident style, not afraid to proactively deal with business push backs
  • Ability to pragmatically assess individual risks and think on your feet for resolution
