We have an exciting opportunity for an IFA Administrator to work with an award-winning, leading wealth management firm in Birmingham.


Role
This role would suit an individual with previous industry experience who can provide a robust administration function to the financial planning team in an efficient and timely manner.


Responsibilities

  • Providing a robust administration function to the financial planning team in an efficient and timely manner
  • Supports Paraplanner in production of suitability reports
  • Understand and comply with all FCA regulations and principals applying to the role
  • Adhere to conduct risk standards


To be successful you will need

  • Experience within the financial services industry is essential
  • Accuracy, numeracy, attention to detail
  • Clear and concise communication skills - oral and written
  • Ability to meet deadlines/work within restricted timescales
  • Flexible and reliable team member
  • Ability to work on own initiative to achieve required results
  • Collaborative and inclusive approach to work
