Financial Services Administrator - Reading, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom, RG1


Due to expansion in my clients Reading office they are looking for several talented administrators to join their busy team.

The role will involve a varied range of duties in the daily administration and management of a portfolio of medium to large size pensions schemes. Duties will include:

  • Liaising with members of a range of corporate pension schemes
  • Handling a range of client enquiries including new members, transfers in and out, retirement benefits and change of details
  • Performing manual calculations when required
  • Producing routine scheme reports
  • Involvement in client projects
  • drafting of correspondence
  • identifying areas for process and procedural improvement.

Candidates will ideally have previous exposure to the Financial Services or Pension sector although applicants with excellent administration and customer service skills will also be considered. You will also have a keen eye for detail and be happy performing basic manual calculations.
