An excellent opportunity for a Fund Administrator with this boutique Real Estate Debt Fund based in the City. The role will work closely with the Investment Managers to ensure that the operational performance of the fund is as efficient as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide accurate and efficient administration of Funds, corporate vehicles and any other investment entities
  • Preparation of accurate correspondence including letters and emails
  • To provide loan servicing and ancillary duties for the business's real estate debt funds
  • Maintaining shareholder registers
  • Distributing financial and investor reports to shareholders
  • Assisting in ad-hoc projects and events
  • Liaising with professional advisers, third party Fund administrators and assisting with the management of banking relationships
  • Use a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases to ensure the efficient running of the office and Real Estate Funds
  • The team at is a small one and so the candidate will be expected to perform ancillary duties as necessary (in the same way as other team members) to include day-to-day tasks such as call answering and general office management duties, organising meetings, invoice payments, stationary orders, filing etc
  • To work as a team to provide a first class support service to the Directors and Manager

Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience in fund administration and/or loan servicing
  • Enthusiasm and a 'Can Do' attitude

  • Ability and enthusiasm to work in a small, high-growth business environment

  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Experience and competence in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
