  • Experience of designing and participation in Operating model creation within the transfer agency industry

  • Experience and knowledge of transfer agency operations (Fund Accounting a bonus)

  • Knowledge and experience of Workflow tools and processing would be advantageous

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Good written and oral communication

  • Organised and methodical in approach with the ability to communicate at the senior level as well as down to the detail level where required
