The company is a leading financial services provider.

  • Lead a diverse team of >20 including client facing Investment Specialists, Portfolio Management experts and Product Specialists across Advisory- and Discretionary Mandates, Funds and Alternative Investments
  • Coach team heads and team members to deliver excellent results, superior client service, drive business growth, improve retention and establish a robust local presence
  • Drive and implement our target operating model, aiming for operational scalability and optimal leverage of global products and capabilities while honouring local key requirements
  • Work closely with client advisors across all segments in Wealth Management (WM), taking responsibility for all sales and after-sales activities for all discretionary and advisory mandates as well as Alternative Investments
  • Drive systematic sales and after-sales of all under contract solutions including underlying investment instruments
  • Present under-contract solutions, Funds, Hedge Funds and Private Market products in a confident and persuasive manner to large internal and external audiences. Provide first-class advice on those products.
  • Ensure smooth day to day operations of our multi-faceted Product Management, Module Management, Portfolio Construction and Mandate Management business
  • Conduct market soundings and roll outs of new solutions and regular trainings to increase client advisor know-how
  • Collaborate closely in our matrix organization with both local and functional management, partners and stakeholders
  • Monitor and resolve (in collaboration with partners) escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks
  • 5-10 years of experience in leadership positions in portfolio management, sales and marketing of financial products
  • Excellent know-how in global financial markets and in-depth analytical skills and experience with multi asset class portfolios
  • Organized and focused on outcomes
  • Strong presentation skills in front of client advisors and clients, persuasive rhetorical and communicative competence
  • Pro-active leader and team player and successful track record in a demanding and dynamic environment
  • Ideally level 6 qualified and advanced degree in the area of finance. AZEK, CFA, CAIA a plus
  • Profound IT user skills (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel)
