Our client, a prestigious Investment Management firm, is looking for a Client Services Executive to join their professional offices based in the Dorset/Somerset area.

The role is framed to assist and support the Client Directors in managing the client relations and business development functions of the company. The Client Directors are the interface between the clients and the Investment Managers, who run the money. This role is supporting those Directors in the office. Your main role will be to deal with clients on the phone, handling their queries, often in high pressure or stressful situations.

Key functions/responsibilities will include -

  • Answering queries
  • Maintaining and developing relations with the existing client base
  • Liaising closely with the Investment Desk, Client Administration and Compliance
  • Help prepare presentations and pitches
  • Risk profiling
  • Documenting meetings

In order to be successful for this position you will be kind and helpful. You will be comfortable with numbers and know when something doesn't add up. Financial services experience is preferred. You will have impeccable attention to detail, alongside excellent communication skills and technical knowledge. A level 4 qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
