An exciting opportunity has arisen within an International Banking group in Central London for an experienced Loan Administration Officer to join their Syndicated Lending Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible all administrative tasks in relation to syndicated loan facilities, ensuring the tasks are carried out promptly and accurately. To be considered for this role, candidates must have loan syndication experience in the capacity of an Agent Bank.

Duties will include:
" Ensure that the inputs for credit facilities on the internal loan system adhere to approved credit proposals and are properly maintained and updated.
" Prepare and check all drawdown letters, interest confirmations, redemption figures / letters are issued to customers or solicitors.
" Prepare and check statement of loan interest paid issued to customers / accountants
" Process all required manual transactions required on a day to day basis.
" Monitor the progress of facilities which are due for maturity
" Prepare loan statistics required by Credit Committee and Financial department

This successful candidate must be degree educated and have at last 2 years experience gained within Banking Operations (Facility agent and loan administration experience preferred). Chinese language skills are advantageous.
