Our client is a successful National Financial Services business with a large field based sales force. They are currently looking to expand their L&D team with a qualified and experienced L&D/T+C person to join the team

Home Based (mainly Midlands) you will need to be accessible to Birmingham/Chester area

Up to £52,000 Base plus car allowance plus benefits and bonus

About the role:

  • You will be consulting with internal colleagues, building excellent working relationships to help you research and fully understand their learning requirements
  • You will drive the learning & development agenda within the business units to enhance individuals and team wide performance through your insight, skills and quality interventions
  • You will design, deliver & evaluate a broad range of learning & development interventions which are aligned to and support our strategic vision and mission
  • You will work closely with the T&C department

What we need from you:

  • It is essential that you are Level 4 Diploma qualified with extensive and successful experience in Financial Services
  • Experience within L&D is not essential for this role, however there should a desire to progress in this field and you will be achievement orientated with the ability to deliver quality and engaging interventions
  • You should be able to travel. Majority of training will be in the Midlands, however there will be times where you will travel throughout the UK (with overnight stays required)
