Be Money Savvy has been established since 2013 as a Life Insurance Brokerage based right in the heart of Manchester in newly refurbished offices. We have our own internal lead generation department producing live hot keys for the consultants of circa 15 per day that are pre qualified for either a review of an existing policy or quote for new cover. We also have a multitude of additional lead sources including web leads and referrals from other financial services businesses.

As a consultant for the business, you will conduct a fact find and identify any improvements to the clients existing policy by reviewing through the leading U.K's leading insurers that we work with.

Having one of the best commission structures in the sector, we are confident that as long as you can maximise the opportunity and have a process driven approach you will be able to achieve top commissions and be an integral part of the growing team. Top earners last year achieved £60k+ OTE

The role will be;

  • Receiving live opportunities in order to convert through improving policy using fact find and preferential rates we get from the providers
  • Offer multiple products including Life Cover, Critical Illness, Income Protection & Family Income Benefit
  • Ensure all sales are compliant and meet clients requirements through an advised sales process

What you will do / have

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Life Insurance with a proven track record of achieving targets within a sales environment in the finance sector (2 years +)
  • Experience in taking hot keys from a call centre
  • Performer in account management
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Have a process driven sales style, confident in fact finding and developing rapport with clients through a consultative approach
  • Money motivated with ambition to over succeed any targets given
  • Good sense of humour, we want to foster a friendly / can do approach to the role and within the team, a positive environment for all

  • Deliver consistent quota of opportunities per day to over deliver on targets and maximise on earning opportunity
  • Progression within the finance sector including further qualifications and roles within other areas including path to full Financial Advisor status with our sister company
  • Deliver highly competitive commission, incentive and development programme for industry
