Job Salary: £25K - £30K basic with a £70K+ OTE

Job Hours:
Monday to Thursday 10am - 7pm.
Optional Friday 10am - 2.30pm. NO WEEKENDS!

Are you looking for an opportunity to work within a fast paced sales environment for one of the UKs leading protection brokers who offer an uncapped commission structure that will result in a £70K OTE!!! If so then this role is a perfect fit.

My client has over 20 years experience in the industry and have a panel of life insurers that they use to find the best possible protection quotations for their customers. All leads are sent through from a lead generation team and therefore there are no cold calls or cold leads hitting the advisors desks.

Your role in the company would be to successfully retain customers who's policies had lapsed and therefore require either to be reset up as it was a genuine error, or will require more of an in depth conversation to find out the reasons why they decided against the insurance. The idea is to requote them after a new factfind and offer them what they can afford/the cover they wanted - in which the full sale commission will go towards your targets.

There is a future opportunity as an advised life insurance agent that may become available within their sister company located in the same building. This is an opportunity they are keen to develop staff towards by funding their R05 and ensuring they are able to handle the transition.

The office is a fantastic place to work, with regular incentives and a real buzz when every receives their commission.

In order to be considered for this role, experience in the Life Insurance Industry is a MUST, as well as an ability to build rapport and confidently offer advice is ideal.
