Organisational skills: able to successfully manage a pipeline of cases

Strong verbal and written skills: ability to track and record documentation

Excellent IT skills: confident in working across various systems, producing reports and inputting effectively

Excellent service: You will have an outstanding work ethic and are able to handle third party queries

Communication: Liaising with key staff and third parties through meetings, telephone calls and emails

Requirements:

Understanding of the mortgage or secured loan application process

Experience in managing case loads

Previous experience in loans or mortgage processing or underwriting is desirable
