  • Lead multiple workstreams across a variety of Financial crime projects within Financial Services industry
  • Take ownership and evolve a unique business area, specialising in one aspect of Financial Crime
  • Continuous assessment of emerging market trends and business opportunities
  • Design and implement client Target Operating Models
  • Process improvement, procedure implementation, and solution development across Financial Crime
  • Build strong networks to ensure you keep a pulse on the industry, allowing your proposals to be market leading, exciting and award winning


  • Technical expertise across Financial Crime and good knowledge of the interactions
  • Expert knowledge in one specialism - Sanctions, AML, Transaction Monitoring, Financial Services Fraud, Anti-Bribery and Corruption
  • Prior development and review of risk assessments
  • Experience designing and implementing Target Operating Models
  • Experience taking the lead on multiple workstreams
  • Consultancy experience or proven client management and business development
  • Examples of innovation of process, framework, and/or solution approach
