As a Mortgage Assistant within our Advised Contact Centre, you will be required to support the Contact Hub with a wide range of administrative tasks. Sound like you would love to do this - fab we'll have fun doing it.
We are looking for smart, savvy people with an eye for detail to join our Advised Contact Centre. Here we look after our customers, making sure all documentation required is issued correctly and quickly. We want to delightfully surprise our customers with the service we provide.
You will help us improve our Customers journey through analysing data, working with colleagues across the contact hub and delivering on making changes. If you think you can communicate clearly whilst sticking to guidelines to protect our customers and brand then why not consider us?
Our customers love us we know that because they tell us which is why you will need to have brilliant communication skills either via email or telephone as you will be keeping them up to date with how we are progressing with their application. Think about the Smart Disruption we can cause.
As a Mortgage Assistant within our Advised Contact centre you will wow our customers with a brilliant service. You will talk to new and existing Mortgage customers and assist them with their requirements. You will talk them through what they want and get them to our Mortgage Advisors.
You don't need to be CeMAP qualified for this role, all we ask is you have a customer centric attitude, with a passion for creating memorable conversations with our customers.
In return you'll get to join a friendly team, in a lively and fun environment, with the opportunity to study CeMAP and progress into a Mortgage Advisor role. You'll also attend an intensive 4 week induction, with ongoing training provided as you develop. We have opportunities both talking to our customers and processing our customer's mortgage applications.

Salary from £18,000 a year, depending on your experience, but that's just the tip of the iceberg.
