About the role

We have a great opportunity to work for a progressive and forward-thinking specialist lender based in their Birmingham office. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing new mortgage queries and applications. Responsibilities and Experience required for the role of Mortgage Case Manager

  • Deliver a first-class proactive customer service through inbound and outbound communication by telephone, email and letter to all case stakeholders including introducers, service suppliers, reference providers and occasionally applicants
  • Input and process new business enquiries to pre-defined standards and service level agreements ready for underwriting approval
  • Input and process mortgage applications to pre-defined standards from initial receipt to completion
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy for data entry and ongoing record keeping
  • Support the underwriting team and peer group
  • To be considered for the position of Mortgage Case Manager, the successful candidate will have a good understanding of the mortgage process and have experience of processing mortgages ideally with a mortgage lender. The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude with experience of record/file management
