Boutique hedge fund based in Central London with a fun, social environment, offering a salary of up to £40k p/a for an amazing candidate.

As Office Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day office going-ons and all administrative activities such as organising meetings, managing databases, HR duties and budget management. You will also be responsible for supporting the organisation of internal/external events, marketing and comply with best practice legal requirements in relation to data protection.

To be consider for the role your CV must show that you have extensive office administration/office-based experience, proficient MS skills i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, be IT literate and have the ability to multitask. Successful candidates will also have a "can-do" attitude, be adaptable and shows that they can be reliable are discrete - this is important as you may deal with sensitive information!
