Position available for an experienced Office Manager working with a small team in the City of London.

The Role:

  • Reception/switchboard
  • Facilities management
  • Investor Relations & Compliance Support
  • Management of office supplies and suppliers (landlord/IT/consumables)
  • Invoices and expenses processing
  • Travel booking
  • Post and couriers
  • Events/conferences
  • Maintenance of IR databases
  • Health and safety/first aid
  • Calendar management
  • Contacts management
  • Email back-up for Managing Partner, i.e. flagging emails at end of day that may require responding to

8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
