We are currently seeking a top Office Manager, preferrably with a boutique Financial Services background and experience, to really take on and hit the ground running in a leading Private Equity Firm in a prime location in the city.
This is a key, pivotal role in the company reporting in to the Head of Finance
Facilities, Office and Supplier Management
Health and Safety
Managing the FOH and line managing the Reception team
Liaising with IT vendors and responsible for on-boarding all staff
Hours are 9-5.30pm but this person will be responsible for any emergency at weekends and out of hours if required.
The ideal candidate will have a corporate, personable profile, who can work well autonomously and is happy in a relatively small financial enviroment.
