In its purest form, as Policy Manager you will provide direction and management of all internal and external policies for the business. It will be your responsibility to ensure that a suitable framework exists for the creation, review and collation of policies ensuring that are constantly updated to meet business and regulatory standards with each amendment being taken through appropriate sign off processes put in place by you. Due to the level of potential amendments you will work on within this role and with the need to communicate changes to the business in an appropriate time frame you must be able to demonstrate strong organisation and communications skills along with a history of working with a volume of policies. You will have a wide reach within this role and it is therefore imperative that you're able to build and maintain strong working relationships with business heads across various teams.
- Full and in-depth understanding of regulatory compliance
