Our Client, a Financial Planning Practice with an outstanding reputation in the market place, is currently looking to recruit an Administrator to join their busy team in the city centre. Working from beautiful refurbished offices based in a convenient location, the successful Candidate with will directly for one of the Directors who is also a Financial Planner.
Forming part of a friendly, very professional and super busy team environment, the successful Candidate will be fully responsible for a wide variety of tasks including;
- Providing support for our Advisers
- Collating client portfolio information
- Processing new business applications
- Preparing Client Valuations & Illustrations
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Dealing with client queries
- Diary management for Advisers and Directors
- Contacting third parties
- General admin duties such as emails, photocopying & filing
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an Administrator preferably within a Financial Services environment, either an IFA Practice or a Product Provider. You will have strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Programs as well as having excellent customer service, time management and planning skills.
