  • Deploy easyJet's trading levers to respond to market dynamics:
  • Commercial levers, including Network, Pricing & RM, Yield and Ancillaries
  • Across our direct sales levers including Marketing, Digital and Sales
  • With other core businesses, including Holidays and Loyalty
  • With our Country Directors to identify trends in market
  • Familiarity and knowledge of the airline industry with exposure to pricing and revenue management
  • Professional experience in a fast passed Trading environment (airline or eCommerce preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build productive relationships both internally and externally with clear evidence of strong influencing skills
  • Ability to lead, develop and coach a team
  • Highly commercial, numerate with a high level of analytical skills
  • Proven decision making ability
  • Structured risk taking mind-set, willing to trial new ideas with a test and learn mentality
  • Intellectual curiosity and intrinsically driven to achieve excellence
  • Able to develop, design and input in to new processes in a fast paced, dynamic environment
