  • Implementing change in line with key internal strategic objectives
  • Ensuring regulatory change and management observations are implemented in timely manner
  • Putting in place a comprehensive, well thought and documented change management process.
  • Ensuring that the internal control environment, which includes Managers Control assessment, are updated to reflect any new controls that may be required
  • Extensive involvement with the EMEA policy team and acting as SME in relation new Regulatory requirement
  • Key Participant and Contributor to the internal project management processes
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the following;
  • Execution and delivery of Regulatory projects
  • Ensuring that key internal strategic changes are delivered
  • Putting in place a change management process
  • Working with internal colleagues across the organisation to ensure best in class delivery and that all changes are captured
  • Strong knowledge of CRR rules and relevant regulatory reporting requirements.​
  • Strong Finance professional with in depth knowledge of legal entity functions, processes, controls and reporting.​
  • Project Management experience​
  • Prior knowledge of the bank legal entity processes would be an asset.​
  • ​Skills:
  • Detailed knowledge of CRR and relevant RTS/ITS;​
  • Project Management delivery experience
  • Experience in setting in operational and accounting systems​
  • Ability to work well across regions and influence senior stakeholders​
  • Strong organisational and presentation skills
  • Qualifications:
  • A finance professional with multi years' experience within a regulatory reporting function
  • ​Competencies:
  • Knowledge of legal entity accounting and reporting preferred but not essential​
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently ​
  • Strong team leader and good team player
  • Professional approach to work
  • Professional communication/interpersonal skills at all levels and across different functions
