To support our goal of bringing more competition and choice to the UK market, we are looking for Relationship Managers (Telephony) to join our Customers in Financial Difficulty, Risk and Compliance and Relationship Support teams within our Business Banking Centre in Edinburgh.
Customers in Financial Difficulty - this team supports customers experiencing cashflow difficulties or some other form of vulnerability. Within this team we like our relationship managers to be experienced in dealing with customers who need this specialised support.
Risk and Compliance - relationship managers are responsible for protecting TSB and our customers from the potential impacts of financial crime. The relationship mangers in this team have a varied role and undertake activities such as ongoing know your business reviews to supporting other partners with data protection and money laundering issues.
Relationship Support - this team undertakes all types of security work to support our business customers. In addition, the team are responsible for dealing with our deceased customer's accounts.
All we ask for is a talent for talking to people and a desire to explore and understand businesses to identify how TSB can support our customers. No matter which role you undertake initially there will be an opportunity to move between teams. This will give you the opportunity to be part of a Team of phone based Relationship Managers, looking after TSB business customers.

*A background in Business Banking is essential, whereas a background in Relationship Management whilst beneficial is not essential.
